How do I add a Remove or Unsubscribe link to an email, and how does it work?

To add an unsubscribe link to your email marketing template, use the Merge Tag [REMOVE]. It will be replaced with the actual link. When a recipient clicks on the link they will need to confirm their unsubscribe request.

Both autoresponder campaigns and newsletters in Relenta are sent to a group of contacts. When a recipient unsubscribes, they will remain in the corresponding group, but will not receive additional email marketing messages sent to it. The name of unsubscribed group will be displayed in parenthesis.
